Find what you love then let it kill you
~Charles Bukowski
If it sounds ominous then you're missing the possibility of Going out while you're coming. The comedian said all the emphasis on "create jobs" and "full employment" is backwards - we should be finding a way to achieve full unemployment so we all can have fun without wasting our best stuff on a job. Words of a clown, taking you down. The thing that's appealing about Bukowski's take is the splendor of riding the crest into oblivion. If it takes quitting to begin the start, chalk that up to love. Quitting can block your consciousness with guilt/fear and the de-clogger of consider the possibilities then takes over and the love will fashion your ride into eternity. You'd have to be stupid to believe this and it not be true and that's alot like when you're dead it doesn't matter if there's eternal awareness because you're dead. But you're already a part of eternity, dead or alive so use the alive part to find what you love and let it kill you. Last night I learned of a woman in her 90s whose kids got the DMV to revoke her license, not because she lost her ability to drive safely but because she lived upstairs and they wanted her to stay there, not drive which required her to walk down the stars and they were afraid she'd fall, and eventually die from the injuries. Then they put a lock on her door so she'd stay put. Well, the lady first calls a locksmith to remove the lock then drives to the DMV to reinstate her license. Here's to that lady \_/ \_/. Love is like jogging through a puddle of industrial strength rubber glue. You can work hard and make it through the struggles; however, you usually leave your bobby socks and sneakers behind along the way.
